Honestly cannot understand how this author is considered a USA Today bestselling author. I read an average of about 2 books a month. In all the hundreds of books I have read in my lifetime, this was the actual worst. I literally felt like I was reading the work of a middle schooler. Many of the sentences were just too simple. The story had no real plot and was totally unrealistic. I actually read it to my daughter and we laughed out loud in regards to many of the sentences because they were just plain dumb. Never will read anything by her again. Felt like I was in the 7th grade again only Judy Blume's books are actually well written.
